Production Manager - Manufacturing Night Shift

About The Position
Flexcraft is opening a new manufacturing facility and is seeking a Production Manager to help launch and lead high‑performance operations. Shift: 12‑Hour Nights (2‑3‑2 Rotating Schedule) This position follows a repeating 2‑3‑2 pattern:
Requirements
- 5+ years of manufacturing leadership experience
- Strong technical expertise in blow molding and/or injection molding
- Experience leading teams in high‑volume production environments
- Hands‑on, results‑driven leadership style
Responsibilities
- Lead production teams in a 24‑hour manufacturing environment
- Drive safety, quality, and productivity across operations
- Serve as a technical leader for blow molding and injection molding processes
- Optimize cycle times, reduce scrap, and improve throughput
- Partner with Maintenance, Quality, and Engineering on continuous improvement
