About The Position

We are seeking a hands-on and experienced Production Manager to oversee daily operations across three shifts and six assembly production lines. This role manages a team of three Production Supervisors and is responsible for ensuring efficient, high-quality production while driving continuous improvement.

Requirements

• Proven leadership experience in a manufacturing or assembly environment
• Strong knowledge of production planning and scheduling
• Experience managing multiple shifts and supervisors
• Ability to implement process improvements and maintain quality standards
• Excellent organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills
