- ERP/MRP systems proficiency
- ISO 9001 and OSHA compliance knowledge
Nice To Haves
- Master's degree in relevant field
- Six Sigma certification (Green/Black Belt)
- Rubber manufacturing experience
- IATF 16949 knowledge
- Advanced manufacturing technology expertise
