About The Position
Production Manager GD Resources is seeking a Production Manager to oversee production operations, supply chain, and quality control for manufacturing programs.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Business Administration, Operations Management, or Supply Chain Management
- 8 years of experience in production or manufacturing with progressive responsibilities
- Experience in production planning, scheduling, inventory management, supply chain management, quality control, and team leadership
- Familiarity with manufacturing software (ERP, MRP, MES)
- Knowledge of lean manufacturing principles, continuous improvement, waste reduction, and process optimization
Nice To Haves
- Preferred certifications: CPIM, CSCP, Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma, and/or PMP
- Experience in marine, aerospace, or automotive industries preferred
