Production Manager
About The Position
Dakota Bodies is seeking an experienced Production Manager to lead our Fabrication Department. In this role, you’ll be responsible for overseeing daily operations, ensuring a safe work environment, driving production efficiency, and delivering high-quality products that meet customer and company standards. The ideal candidate will bring strong leadership skills, hands-on knowledge of fabrication processes, and a proven track record of developing teams in a manufacturing setting. You’ll play a key role in maintaining smooth material flow, meeting production targets, and implementing continuous improvement initiatives using Lean principles.
Requirements
- 5+ years of supervisory/management experience in a manufacturing or fabrication environment
- Strong understanding of fabrication processes and production workflows
- Excellent communication, organizational, and leadership skills
Nice To Haves
- Experience with Lean Manufacturing or similar continuous improvement practices preferred
Responsibilities
