Requirements
- Bachelors degree in Related Field preferred or equivalent experience
- ten (10) years supervisory experience in manufacturing and a proven ability to lead a team to meet customer expectations
- Familiar with foam bun molding process, assembly processes, and related tooling
- Strong communication skills: verbal, written, and technical presentations
- Ability to manage customer communications
- Demonstrated successful performance with independent and team problem solving, presentations, leadership, and coordinating and completing multiple tasks within and across departments to meet changing deadlines
- Proficient skills utilizing word processing, spreadsheet, and database applications
- Thorough understanding of business practices in the automotive industry
- Demonstrated planning and system implementation
