We are seeking an energetic, experienced leader to oversee day-to-day plant floor operations across 1st, 2nd, and 3rd shifts at our Eden Prairie location. This role requires flexibility to work across shifts and, when needed, split shifts, standard schedule for this role will be 2:30pm to 11:00pm. The individual will manage scheduling priorities, review daily operating reports, and drive increased production through strong leadership in Production, Quality, Safety, Maintenance, and Warehousing. This role partners closely with plant leadership and corporate resources to ensure high-quality finished products are produced safely, efficiently, and within scheduled timelines. The individual is expected to adhere to all E.A. Sween company, departmental, and safety policies and procedures. This position reports directly to the Minnesota Plant Manager within the Operations Division and is an in-person role. Compensation : The target salary range for this position is $115,000-$122,000 annually, consistent with our internal compensation framework. This position is classified as Grade 16, with a full pay range of $94,810.51-$150,352.02. You are eligible for an incentive bonus up to 15% of your annual salary, prorated based on your start date. Final pay will be determined by your experience, skills, internal equity, and available budget. Physical & Work Environment Requirements: While performing the duties of this role, the employee must be able to work in cool conditions (up to 50°F) up to 20% of the time. The role requires frequent standing or walking for most of the day; use of hands to handle and feel; and reaching overhead with hands and arms. Occasional sitting, climbing, balancing, stooping, kneeling, crouching, crawling, bending, turning, pushing, and pulling are required. The employee must occasionally lift and/or move up to 25 pounds and, at times, up to 40 pounds. Required vision abilities include close and distance vision, color vision, peripheral vision, depth perception, and the ability to adjust focus.
