About The Position

The principal purpose of this position is to manage and maintain Plant 3 and achieve all production, quality, sanitation, people and food safety goals in the Ready to Drink (RTD) department.

Requirements

  • Minimum of five to seven years of experience in a management position.
  • Must have excellent verbal & written communication skills.
  • Knowledge or ability to quickly learn all job relevant internal operating systems including Microsoft Office Suite and internal programs.
  • Leading Teams to meet or exceed targets, resolving conflicts, and managing complex projects effectively. Proven critical thinking, decision-making and persuasive skills.
  • Better Processing Control School (BPCS) School certified or ability to obtain certification within designated timeframe.
  • Must be a Citizen or National of the United States, a lawful, permanent resident, or have authorization to work in the United States.
  • Applicants must not now, or in the future, require sponsorship for an employment visa.

Nice To Haves

  • Bachelor’s degree preferred.
  • Negotiation and presentation skills preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Oversee and direct all Plant and RTD production and sanitation operations
  • Manage, train, and evaluate all designated managers
  • Communicate and coordinate daily activities with cross-functional teams
  • Implement, lead, and help enforce strong and defined safety, quality, and production practices which may include working with suppliers and customers to initiate improvements.
  • Enforce CFI policies, perform corrective action when necessary and complete employee evaluations
  • Assist and coach the plant personnel in developing and maintaining general requirements
  • Meet all assigned KPIs (Key Performance Indicators)
  • Champion and drive company production systems. Leverage production systems to achieve all KPIs.
  • Exhibit leadership qualities in the company and community prompted through the employee handbook guidelines, management training and direction.
  • Assist in all other duties as assigned.
