About The Position
Lead day-to-day production for a fast-paced sign company Ensure jobs are completed on time, on budget, and at high quality Coordinate with sales, design, and installation teams
Requirements
- 3+ years in sign production (required)
- Leadership or supervisory experience
- Experience with large format printing and vinyl application
- Familiarity with ONYX or similar RIP software
- Strong organization and problem-solving skills
- Ability to manage multiple deadlines
Nice To Haves
- CNC router or laser experience
- Bucket truck or lift experience
- Sign installation knowledge
- FASTSIGNS or similar industry experience
Responsibilities
- Manage production schedule and job priorities
- Supervise and support production staff
- Review work orders for accuracy before production
- Maintain quality control across all products
- Troubleshoot production issues and keep jobs moving
- Monitor inventory and order materials
- Oversee equipment maintenance (printers, laminators, CNC, etc.)
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organized shop
