About The Position

Our Production Manager is responsible for planning, directing, supervising and coordinating Department operations comprised of EBM/SBM/RHB and MLD. This role is also accountable for production quality, correct processes, safety, daily preventive maintenance by machines, cost control, efficiency, scheduling, and training for all levels to assure constant improvement and development. The Production Manager works collaboratively with the Process Engineer, Maintenance Supervisor, and all other managers to ensure employees are properly trained in specific machine operations.

Requirements

  • Minimum of 5 years of experience, which includes plant supervision, quality control, maintenance, and production management
  • Team player with demonstrated team-building skills
  • Experience in EBM/SBM/RHB/MLD operations with technical knowledge
  • Processing skills
  • Good computer skills and administration skills

Nice To Haves

  • Bachelor’s degree in Operations management, engineering or related field

  • Must know and follow all GMP/ASI/IMS/ISO/SQF procedures
  • Must be able to work safely and follow safety rules and JSA procedures
  • Must be able to identify and report violations and unsafe conditions to appropriate personnel
  • Must be able to wear protective clothing such as a hair net, uniform, steel-toe shoes, gloves, and earplugs
  • Must be able to effectively respond in emergency situations such as fires and accidents
  • Must be able to follow all department procedures and directives
  • Assume decision-making in the absence of the Plant Manager
