Requirements

Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent experience.
5-7 years in a manufacturing or production environment.
5+ years in a supervisory or managerial role.
Demonstrated success in managing schedules, meeting On Time Performance (OTP) goals, and optimizing labor and inventory.
Proficient in production management software, ERP systems, and workflow optimization tools.
Strong leadership to train, direct, and motivate a diverse team.
Exceptional problem-solving abilities and a proactive mindset.
Effective communication skills for collaboration and stakeholder management.
Ability to excel in a fast-paced environment focused on continuous improvement.
Excellent organizational skills with the ability to prioritize multiple projects.
Flexibility to work evenings and weekends as needed.

Nice To Haves

Familiarity with Lean Manufacturing or Six Sigma methodologies (highly desirable).

Responsibilities

Train, mentor, and manage production staff to meet goals.
Identify and resolve bottlenecks to keep production efficient.
Oversee pallet repair to meet customer specifications.
Maintain OSHA and company safety standards at all times.
Conduct performance evaluations and provide feedback or corrective actions as needed.
Implement and adjust plans to meet targets.
Track performance data and drive continuous improvements.
Manage materials, tools, and equipment to prevent shortages.
Communicate with teams to streamline operations.
Maintain accurate records and ensure all processes meet company and regulatory standards.
