About The Position

Help launch a new SpeedPro studio serving San Francisco’s most dynamic business corridors — from a resurgent downtown to the fast-growing Southern Waterfront. We’re the ones that design, produce, and install the wall and floor murals you see at businesses, universities, and sports arenas across the U.S. And we're behind the fleets of eye-catching trucks you see everywhere. We specialize in large-format graphics that give our customers the wow-factor their business needs. Now we’re opening a new SpeedPro studio in San Francisco -- SpeedPro SF Waterfront -- and we’re looking for a Production Manager who wants to be hands-on, grow their skills, and play a key role in building something from the ground up. This is a great role for someone who understands graphics files and visual production, enjoys working with their hands, and is excited to learn large-format printing — even if you haven’t done it for years already. Who This Role Is For This role is ideal for someone who: Is comfortable working with graphics files (Illustrator, InDesign, PDFs, templates, etc.) Enjoys hands-on work and problem-solving Takes pride in precision, craftsmanship, and getting things right

Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.

Nice To Haves

Experience with large-format printers, laminators, plotters, and graphic and signage finishing
Associate’s or Bachelor’s Degree in graphic design (or similar program)

Responsibilities

Lead the printing and production of client orders
Inspect customer files, provide digital proofs, and make the graphics print-ready
Operate and maintain large-format printers, laminators, and plotters
Conduct inventory and procurement
Graphic design services (unless outsourced)
Smaller graphic installations
Unloading/unpacking deliveries to the studio
Vehicle inspections and measurements; performing site surveys
Packing, labeling, and shipping completed jobs; making deliveries
Utilization of CoreBridge software for estimates/quotes
