About The Position
As a Production Manager, youll be the heartbeat of our plant operationsleading with empathy, driving performance, and creating a culture where safety, quality, and people come first. Youll be hands-on, visible, and impactful every single day.
Requirements
- 5+ years of supervisory experience (or equivalent education).
- Experience with ERP systems (JDE a plus!).
- Strong communication and cross-functional collaboration skills.
- A passion for developing people and improving processes.
- A mindset for safety, quality, and continuous improvement.
Responsibilities
- Lead with Empathy: Develop your team through training, coaching, and engagement. Champion inclusion and well-being.
- Drive Safety Excellence: Conduct LOTO inspections, BBSOs, and 5S audits. Be a visible safety leader.
- Boost Efficiency: Perform daily Gemba walks, monitor KPIs, and lead Kaizen activities to identify and solve problems.
- Deliver Results: Hit production and quality targets, manage headcount, and ensure accurate reporting in ERP systems.
- Engage and Inspire: Participate in People Engagement initiatives, host quarterly team meetings, and foster open communication.
