Position: Production Manager (2nd Shift) Schedule: Sunday 12:00 PM – 8:30 PM Monday – Thursday 3:30 PM – 12:00 AM As a Production Manager , you’ll lead a fast-paced, high-energy operation focused on efficiency, safety, and teamwork. You’ll drive continuous improvement across all warehouse functions — ensuring goals are met, teams are supported, and operations run smoothly.

Requirements

  • Minimum 3 years of warehouse supervisory experience leading 50+ employees.
  • Proven ability to motivate, coach, and develop teams to meet production goals.
  • Excellent attendance, accountability, and performance history.
  • Positive, respectful, and collaborative — with a growth mindset.
  • Ability to stand, walk, bend, and lift up to 30 lbs for 8-hour shifts.

Responsibilities

  • Oversee and manage production schedules to meet operational goals.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies, safety standards, and housekeeping procedures.
  • Inspect equipment and facilities, addressing maintenance or safety issues proactively.
  • Monitor and analyze production reports to meet or exceed hourly KPIs.
  • Lead the hiring and development of high-performing employees.
  • Coach, mentor, and evaluate team members; manage performance improvements when needed.
  • Supervise 2–4 Warehouse Leads and 40–50 team members across Sorting and Receiving.
  • Partner with Leads to maintain workflow efficiency and resolve production bottlenecks.
  • Foster employee engagement through training, communication, and recognition.
