Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent required; college preferred.
  • 4+ years of supervisory or management experience in a high‑volume setting with direct people management.
  • Strong communication, organization, and problem‑solving skills. Ability to manage deadlines, team performance, and client expectations.
  • Comfort with technology, workflow systems, and managing digital files.

Nice To Haves

  • Experience managing teams using KPIs and SLAs.

Responsibilities

  • Production Oversight: Oversee and optimize the full production process to ensure timely, cost‑effective delivery of transcripts and related products.
  • Cross‑Department Collaboration: Coordinate between Client Support, Status In Progress, Sales, and Billing to maintain smooth operational workflows.
  • Exhibit & Inventory Management: Track, organize, and safeguard physical exhibits. Develop and manage document‑security processes.
  • Shipping & Logistics: Manage hard‑copy transcript shipping operations to ensure accuracy and timely delivery.
  • Team Leadership & Support: Lead, coach, and support production staff while prioritizing workflow and assigning tasks based on business needs.
  • Performance Management: Monitor performance, productivity, and quality using KPIs and SLAs; identify areas for efficiency and accuracy improvements.
  • Compliance & Information Security: Safeguard sensitive information and maintain compliance with all company policies and data‑security standards.
