Requirements

Leadership experience in landscaping, construction, or similar field
Strong communication and team-management skills
Ability to stay organized and handle a fast-paced workload
Comfortable solving problems and making decisions
Coachable, professional, and motivated
Values teamwork, integrity, and high standards

Responsibilities

Oversee daily field operations for maintenance, irrigation, and enhancement crews
Plan routes, labor assignments, and job schedules
Monitor job progress, quality, and safety throughout the day
Coach, support, and hold crew leaders accountable
Track production metrics (labor hours, job costs, efficiency)
Approve timesheets and review daily reports
Coordinate with the mechanic/shop manager on equipment needs
Maintain accountability of tools, equipment, and assets
