Requirements

  • Leadership experience in landscaping, construction, or similar field
  • Strong communication and team-management skills
  • Ability to stay organized and handle a fast-paced workload
  • Comfortable solving problems and making decisions
  • Coachable, professional, and motivated
  • Values teamwork, integrity, and high standards

Responsibilities

  • Oversee daily field operations for maintenance, irrigation, and enhancement crews
  • Plan routes, labor assignments, and job schedules
  • Monitor job progress, quality, and safety throughout the day
  • Coach, support, and hold crew leaders accountable
  • Track production metrics (labor hours, job costs, efficiency)
  • Approve timesheets and review daily reports
  • Coordinate with the mechanic/shop manager on equipment needs
  • Maintain accountability of tools, equipment, and assets
