As a Production Manager at Genie, based in Moses Lake, you'll lead your team in planning and executing production goals while developing, and implementing continuous improvement. In this role, you will be a leader that is dedicated to creating a safe and inclusive culture where team members will raise concerns, share ideas to improve and ultimately work together as a cohesive group. With your proven leadership experience, you will drive your value stream of 120-150 team members to daily success that will support the things that matter the most to them.

Requirements

• A bachelor's degree in business or engineering, or at least 5 years of hands-on experience in a manufacturing setting (including assembly, welding, and material management)
• Experience using Lean Manufacturing methodology
• Strong interpersonal skills and a drive for leading teams to success
• A passion for leading and upholding a safety enriched culture
• Currently located, or willing to relocate to Moses Lake, WA
• Critical-thinking and problem-solving skills
• Excellent organizational skills

• Drive accountability to ensure your business is meeting set KPIs.
• Bring a fresh perspective on ways to improve process flow and reduce Muda in production.
