About The Position

As a Production Manager, you will oversee the production operations on a day-to-day basis, guaranteeing smooth and efficient production process implementation, optimizing productivity, and minimizing costs. The ultimate goal is to execute production deliverables of maximum quality in a profitable manner.

Requirements

• 5+ years experience with project management activities and strong technical expertise
• Confirmed experience in Blowing, Packaging and Tooling Portfolio
• Ability to read and interpret engineering documents such as packaging and mold assembly drawings
• Good Manufacturing Practices for machining industry
• Overall knowledge of machining and parts manufacturing technologies
• Quality control requirements knowledge / Laboratory standards, regulations & policy knowledge
• Knowledge of MS Office and SAP

Responsibilities

• Organize workflow by assigning responsibilities and preparing schedules
• Oversee and coach employees and ensure the safe use of equipment, as well as the regular maintenance
• Check production output according to specifications
• Identify issues in efficiency and suggest improvements
• Drive quality control initiatives and ensure delivery
• Work with other departments, such as procurement, logistics, and sales, to ensure alignment and smooth operations.
