About The Position

The Production Manager/Supervisor at Stay Dry Waterproofing is responsible for overseeing all aspects of construction projects, ensuring they are completed on time and within budget. This role involves coordinating project tasks, managing resources, and maintaining communication with clients and team members to deliver high-quality waterproofing and foundation repair solutions.

Requirements

• 3 years as a project manager preferred but not required.
• 2 years' experience as a superintendent, project manager, or foreman in the waterproofing field.
• Must possess a valid driver's license and vehicle insurance with a good driving record.

Responsibilities

• Attend weekly meetings to review the status of new and completed projects and to receive new assignments.
• Promote the company by attending trade association functions and cultivating customer relations.
• Attend pre-project meetings and forward pertinent information to the management team.
• Analyze drawings and specifications to determine the full scope of work and anticipate jobsite conditions.
• Confer with the production team to assess requirements regarding scheduling, manpower, materials, and logistics.
• Conduct job site visits and attend daily job-site meetings to inspect progress and ensure adherence to schedules.
• Address customer questions or concerns regarding application procedures, scheduling, or quality of work.
• Consult with clients, vendors, or other individuals to discuss and resolve issues.
• Anticipate deviations from the plan and take corrective action to minimize risks.
• Prepare or review reports on progress, materials required, and job site visits.
• Document progress, problems, and field issues through written and photo documentation.
• Attend and contribute to weekly production meetings.
• Follow up with clients regarding unpaid invoices.
• Suggest areas for improvement in internal processes.
