About The Position

The Production Manager / Superintendent is responsible for overseeing the production teams by developing and leading the supervisory staff. This includes coordinating activities to ensure safety, quality, productivity, and cost goals. The role is full-time and located in Princeton, Kentucky.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree (B.S.) or equivalent four-year college or technical school and/or 6 or more years' related experience and/or training, or equivalent combination of education and experience
• Experience as a Production Manager, Plant Manager, Plant Superintendent, Production Superintendent, etc.
• Technical or mechanical aptitude preferred
• Ability to build, inspire, motivate and mentor supervisory employees and their teams
• Excellent project management skills

Responsibilities

• Supervise all Production Supervisors
• Oversee all aspects of production
• Ensure safety, quality, and productivity goals are met
• Train and develop supervisors on effectively leading their teams
• Monitor production performance metrics daily and respond immediately
