About The Position

ABOUT THE ROLE & TEAM: TelevisaUnivision is looking for a Production Manager to join our team! YOUR DAY-DAY: Oversee the production schedule, ensuring that deadlines are met while maintaining product quality and cost efficiency. Lead, mentor, and train the production team, ensuring a high level of performance and safety standards. Monitor product quality throughout the production process to ensure adherence to company standards and customer requirements. Ensure that the production team is adequately staffed, and resources (materials, equipment, etc.) are properly allocated for smooth operations. Address any issues or challenges that arise during production, working with the team to resolve them quickly. Analyze current processes and identify opportunities for efficiency improvements, cost reduction, and better use of resources. Manage the production budget, tracking expenses, and minimizing waste. Work closely with the supply chain, quality assurance, and maintenance teams to ensure smooth and efficient production operations. Prepare and present production reports to senior management on key metrics such as production efficiency, quality standards, and team performance. YOU HAVE: Minimum 5 years of experience in production management or a similar role within media company. Strong leadership and communication skills. Excellent problem-solving abilities. In-depth knowledge of production processes and equipment. Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities. Proficient in production management software and MS Office Suite.
