Under the direction of the Branch Manager, this position directs the sales team within a specific branch office. The primary goal is to ensure quality loan production through the development of market and loan representatives. Additionally, the role may involve performing office or non-manual work that is directly related to the management or general business operations of PrimeLending and its customers. The position also includes the responsibility of marketing and promoting PrimeLending products and services to a diverse client base, which includes realtors, builders, bank officers, and both potential and past clients.
