About The Position

The Production Manager, Lifetime/LMN, Marketing Production Operations is responsible for managing complex campaigns from strategy through execution, ensuring on-time and high quality delivery within allotted budget. Skilled in cross-functional collaboration, the Production Manager is an expert communicator ensuring tasks are assigned and managed efficiently while cross-functional teams are kept informed of all pertinent project information.

Requirements

• 2-5 years of Production Management experience in marketing, media/entertainment environment.
• Action oriented, with experience in a fast-paced environment and strong documentation, coordination, project management, and leadership skills.
• Experience crafting and tracking large and complex project plans involving many teams and delivering customer-facing features or projects from concept through delivery.
• Track record of establishing and maintaining positive relationships with teams, both internal and external.
• Comfortable with ambiguity, confident in abilities to take the lead, and a good team player who knows how to collaborate.
• Ability to handle shifting priorities and multiple assignments through to a sufficient resolution.
• Self-starter and enthusiastic with proven creative and critical thinking capabilities.

Nice To Haves

• Experience with Airtable is highly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Manage projects kick off to delivery, working closely with Creative and account management.
• Consistent budget forecasting and daily maintenance of the budget, creating estimates and accruals for all active spend.
• Manage workload of Coordinator, assigning tasks and offering support as needed.
• Communicate necessary project info to internal teams, vendors, and cross functional partners.
• Leading daily scrum meetings and maintaining project schedules for all active projects.
• Processing legal documents requests and answering questions from legal.
