 Production ManagerResponsibilities

Requirements

• Four-year degree with at least 3 years relevant experience OR 7-10 years of equivalent work experience.
• Must have good communication, leadership, and computer skills and have previous supervisory experience.
• Crown will only employ those who are legally authorized to work in the United States.
• This is not a position for which sponsorship will be provided. Individuals with temporary visas or who need sponsorship for work authorization now or in the future, are not eligible for hire.

Responsibilities

• Manage the daily production activities of a manufacturing department(s).
• Assist the Plant Manager with setting goals and direction for production operations.
• Direct, coordinate, and supervise employees to ensure that safe work practices are adhered to and production schedules, quality standards, housekeeping standards, maintenance and cost goals are met.
• Provide leadership, direction, and training for departmental supervisors and employees.
• Work with Manufacturing Engineering group to develop recommendations for capital projects and manufacturing expenses for annual operating budget.
