About The Position
Deceuninck North America is seeking a Production Manager - Lamination for its Monroe, OH facility. In this role, the Lamination Production Manager is responsible for overall management and coordination of the manufacturing operation to deliver products in the most cost-efficient manner while adhering to safety, quality and environmental standards and procedures. Leads initiatives to improve overall department efficiency and effectiveness by working with cross functional teams through continuous improvement processes. Works closely with Process Engineering and Equipment Maintenance to ensure manufacturing processes are stable, in statistical control and meeting specification. Works closely with the Product Line General Manager to meet business growth goals and customer expectations for quality and delivery.
