Production Manager - Industrial Operations

Could you be the full-time onsite Production Manager - Industrial Operations in Plattsburgh, NY, US we're looking for? Your future role Take on a new challenge and apply your comprehensive production management expertise in a new cutting-edge field. You'll work alongside dedicated, innovative, and collaborative teammates. You'll lead all manufacturing activities for our projects, making a significant impact on our production flow and project execution. Day-to-day, you'll work closely with teams across the business (supply chain, quality assurance, industrialization), manage training and hiring for manufacturing personnel, and much more.
Requirements
- High school diploma or GED is required
- Minimum 5 years of experience in manufacturing operations, or similar
- Familiarity with Environment, Health, and Safety rules and regulations
- Proven leadership competencies - previous direct team management experience
- Knowledge of industrial management and manufacturing processes and technologies
Nice To Haves
- Bachelor's degree in business management, engineering, manufacturing management, or a related field is preferred
Responsibilities
- Driving continuous improvement on Key Performance Indicators including customer delivery percentage, work rate, and hours per job
- Ensuring adherence to Environment, Health, and Safety rules and regulations
- Leading the finalization of manufacturing preparation for activity within the EPU
- Hiring, coaching, and developing your team, with a focus on driving occupational safety.
