Your Responsibilities Will Include: Establishes and implements short- and long-range operations goals, objectives and strategic plans; monitors and evaluates operational effectiveness, and effects changes required for improvement. Manages and/or provides day-to-day leadership to Supervisors and cross functional team members and set priorities accordingly. Enables a culture of Operational Excellence throughout the production line/area cross-functional team Analyzes S&OP (Sales & Operating Plan) requirements and provide production commitments for the production line/area including non-commercial requirements Implements a staffing plan by identifying resource requirements, writing justifications for additional personnel, obtaining approval for changes, and coordinating the selection process with Human Resources. Develops direct reports by securing appropriate training, assigning progressively challenging tasks, applying progressive disciplinary action as appropriate and conducting formal written and verbal performance reviews. Establish and promote a work environment that supports the Quality Policy and Quality System.
