Requirements

• Proven production management experience in home textiles strongly preferred
• Experience working with major retail accounts such as Walmart highly desirable
• Background in textile, soft goods, or related consumer products industries
• Strong understanding of costing, margins, and retail pricing structures
• Experience collaborating with international manufacturing teams
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, in-office environment

Responsibilities

• Oversee production timelines and ensure on-time order fulfillment
• Collaborate with merchandising and sales teams on assortment building
• Manage customer cost structures and margin optimization
• Coordinate with overseas vendors and manufacturing partners
• Ensure purchase order accuracy and production compliance
• Monitor inventory flow and address supply chain challenges proactively
