About The Position
The 3rd shift Manager will oversee front-line employees to ensure efficiency and quality in production operations. The Manager will interface with leads, management, and supporting departments to resolve problems, coordinate workflows, and initiate process improvements. This role involves monitoring, tracking, and auditing equipment and machines to ensure effective utilization and minimize unplanned downtime. Critical thinking is required to identify alternate solutions, conclusions, or approaches to problems. The Manager will also perform direct labor duties as required, including assembly and some fabrication as needed.
