Across our New Jersey and Minnesota locations, you’ll work alongside knowledgeable experts on diverse projects in an environment where every day is different and your contributions truly matter As a Production Maintenance Technician, you will be responsible for maintaining, repairing, and improving mechanical, electrical, and computerized production systems in a highly regulated pharmaceutical manufacturing environment. Your expertise will be crucial in troubleshooting equipment issues, implementing preventative maintenance, and collaborating with the Engineering team on process optimization. This is a full time, onsite role located in West St. Paul, MN First shift: 6:00am- 2:30pm Monday - Friday, occasional overtime.

Requirements

  • At least 1-2 years of experience in manufacturing or related field, or an Associate’s degree in a technical field.
  • At least 1 year in a regulated environment such as pharmaceutical, med device or food.
  • Experience with die cutting, converting, or packaging equipment preferred.
  • Proficiency in using shop tools and equipment.
  • Strong electrical and mechanical aptitude.
  • Knowledge of pneumatics and hydraulics.
  • Ability to read blueprints and technical diagrams.
  • Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
  • Strong teamwork and communication abilities.

Nice To Haves

  • Knowledge of PLC’s and ladder logic control
  • Experience with machining parts on a mill or lathe
  • Welding experience (TIG, MIG, Stick)
  • Experience with vision systems and sensors.

Responsibilities

  • Perform preventative maintenance and repairs on production machinery and equipment.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve electrical and mechanical issues.
  • Improve equipment efficiency through analysis and implementation of solutions.
  • Collaborate with production operators and engineers to optimize processes.
  • Maintain a clean and safe work environment.
  • Adhere to company safety policies and procedures.
