Across our New Jersey and Minnesota locations, you’ll work alongside knowledgeable experts on diverse projects in an environment where every day is different and your contributions truly matter As a Production Maintenance Technician, you will be responsible for maintaining, repairing, and improving mechanical, electrical, and computerized production systems in a highly regulated pharmaceutical manufacturing environment. Your expertise will be crucial in troubleshooting equipment issues, implementing preventative maintenance, and collaborating with the Engineering team on process optimization. This is a full time, onsite role located in West St. Paul, MN First shift: 6:00am- 2:30pm Monday - Friday, occasional overtime.

Requirements

At least 1-2 years of experience in manufacturing or related field, or an Associate’s degree in a technical field.
At least 1 year in a regulated environment such as pharmaceutical, med device or food.
Experience with die cutting, converting, or packaging equipment preferred.
Proficiency in using shop tools and equipment.
Strong electrical and mechanical aptitude.
Knowledge of pneumatics and hydraulics.
Ability to read blueprints and technical diagrams.
Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
Strong teamwork and communication abilities.

Nice To Haves

Knowledge of PLC’s and ladder logic control
Experience with machining parts on a mill or lathe
Welding experience (TIG, MIG, Stick)
Experience with vision systems and sensors.

Responsibilities

Perform preventative maintenance and repairs on production machinery and equipment.
Troubleshoot and resolve electrical and mechanical issues.
Improve equipment efficiency through analysis and implementation of solutions.
Collaborate with production operators and engineers to optimize processes.
Maintain a clean and safe work environment.
Adhere to company safety policies and procedures.
