3rd shift (11:00pm-7:30am) JOB SUMMARY To troubleshoot, repair, rebuild, modify, set-up, adjust, and maintain production equipment. ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES Plans and performs work requiring a thorough knowledge of electrical, mechanical, robotic, hydraulic, and pneumatic principles of operation. Reads and interprets diagrams, drawings, specifications, and instructions to perform maintenance and repair work. Uses full range of measuring, gauging, analysis, machine and hand tools to perform maintenance work. Sets-up and tests production equipment under power according to company safety standards and OSHA requirements. Advises operators of standard operating procedures and requirements for working safely with production equipment. Communicates maintenance problems, results, corrective actions, and recommendations to the chain-of-command, and to the customer as needed. Maintains clean and safe working environment in line with company standards or policies. Works with other trades as part of a maintenance team – engineering, machinist, die maintenance, administrative personnel, etc. Performs other duties as assigned by chain-of-command.
