About The Position

Borusan Berg Pipe is one of the leading manufacturers of large-diameter steel line pipe in North America. We are a mid-sized manufacturer with three U. S. locations specializing in pipe production for the oil and gas sector. We are seeking full-time PRODUCTION MACHINE SUPPORT OPERATORS for our Panama City, Florida location. Compensation & Benefits Entry rate: $25.04 with opportunities for job advancements. Weekly incentive % bonuses for meeting production and safety targets Anniversary % rate increases at 1 year up to 8 years. Shift differential % for evening shifts. Requirements

High school diploma or equivalent.
Must be able to work rotating schedules, which may include nights and weekends, and work flexible hours and overtime as needed.

Responsibilities

Performs primary tasks as assigned to support Pipe Production, Coating, and Shipping.
Tasks may include using standard hand tools, disk grinders, torque wrench, measuring tape, micrometer, dial indicator, calipers, pallet jack, lifting devices, forklift, MIG welder, oxy/ fuel cutting torch, chisel, milling tool, robotic stenciler, overhead crane, and track mobile.
Monitor safety to proactively identify hazards.
Assist other employees as needed in the production processes.
Monitor and operate area equipment and control panels.
Monitor and ensure equipment and tools are operating properly.
Perform tasks and duties as assigned.
