About The Position

The Machine Operator is responsible for the safe operation of production equipment to meet customer requirements and complete the production plan while adhering to quality standards and maximizing cost-effectiveness. This role involves operating and maintaining multiple work centers, conducting cleaning and inspection activities, and recording any equipment issues to assist in troubleshooting.

Requirements

• High School Diploma required.
• Ability to read and comprehend, write, and perform mathematics.
• 2+ years' experience as a Machine Operator in a manufacturing setting.
• Experience operating multiple pieces of machinery, troubleshooting, problem-solving, and setting up/breaking down machinery.
• Previous experience completing routine maintenance tasks in a manufacturing environment.

Nice To Haves

• Experience in a team-oriented environment.
• Knowledge of safety protocols in manufacturing.

Responsibilities

• Operate and maintain multiple work centers (machinery) efficiently and effectively.
• Carry out cleaning and inspection activities.
• Record any issues/problems with the equipment to assist the Technical Operator in resolving them.
• Conduct cleaning and lubrication as required.
