Requirements

  • Working knowledge for basic machine operation.
  • Must be able to read, write, and communicate in English
  • Must be able to work independently or within a team environment.
  • Must adhere to all safety regulations and procedures.
  • Follows company’s Quality Control procedures.
  • Employees in all warehouse positions must be able to immediately perceive auditory warning signals such as bells, alarms, and horns that are used to warn employees of the startup, movement, or approach of equipment (including forklifts, conveyors, trucks, and other equipment operated inside or outside the warehouse), mechanical abnormalities, and similar risk situations during warehouse operations.

Responsibilities

  • Operates specific production machines in a safe and efficient manner.
  • Works with production supervisors and managers to schedule production on specified equipment.
  • Follows company standardized pack specifications along with any customer specified deviations as communicated through special instructions via work orders/cut tickets.
  • Accurately reads and comprehends all customer specific instructions.
  • Follows company’s detailed product specifications.
  • Performs Quality Control checks and communicates with supervisors and managers any defects.
  • Communicates with production supervisors and managers regarding any maintenance concerns.
  • Offers assistance to other team members.
  • Performs other duties as assigned.
