Requirements

• High School Diploma or GED required
• Previous manufacturing experience preferred (especially in automotive production)
• Ability to work with metric measurements and interpret production data
• Must be dependable, detail-oriented, and a strong team player
• A high sense of responsibility and a commitment to safety and quality
• Fluent in English, both written and verbal

Responsibilities

• Operating various manufacturing equipment such as compression presses, laser machines, bonding stations, and tub assembly stations while safely handling fiberglass materials.
• Following detailed instructions
• Maintaining a steady production pace with a focus on quality and safety
• Conducting regular inspections
• Accurately completing production and quality documentation
• Cross-training on multiple workstations
• Adherence to Environmental, Health & Safety (EHS) policies
• Support of IATF 16949 standards to ensure customer satisfaction.
