About The Position

Diamond Vogel has an excellent full-time opportunity in our Production Department for a Machine Operator at our Menomonee Falls, WI facility. This position plays a key role in ensuring our high-quality coatings are manufactured and packaged safely, efficiently, and consistently. Shift: Monday through Thursday, 5:00 AM to 3:30 PM (Fridays as needed for overtime)

Requirements

High school diploma or equivalent required.
Strong attention to detail and ability to follow written and verbal instructions.
Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs regularly.
Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment.
Basic mechanical aptitude or familiarity with production equipment preferred.
Previous manufacturing or machine operation experience helpful; on-the-job training provided.

Responsibilities

Operate paint manufacturing control systems, including HSDs, pumps, valves, and related equipment.
Run automated packaging equipment such as robotics, filling machines, case packers, and labelers.
Monitor product quality throughout production and packaging, including OTMIS (off-the-mill in spec), fill levels, fill weights, cycle times, and package appearance.
Review and follow written instructions across manufacturing, packaging, shipping, and receiving.
Maintain accurate documentation for quality checks, materials, and production activities.
Assist with material handling and movement of ingredients and finished goods as needed.
Keep a clean, organized, and hazard-free work area.
Participate in housekeeping, safety initiatives, and continuous improvement activities.
