You will oversee your team and ensure that shipments are timely and accurate. You will also be responsible for maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction.

Requirements

• Education - Possess knowledge and experience in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or a relevant area.
• Experience - Be knowledgeable about transportation regulations and compliance requirements
• Skill - Be highly organized and detail-oriented.
• Skill - Possess effective leadership and communication skills.
• Skill - Be proficient in Microsoft Office and other logistics software.
• Timely Decision Making - Makes decisions in a timely manner, sometimes with incomplete information and under tight deadlines and pressure; able to make a quick decision.

Responsibilities

• Supervising the logistics team and ensuring that all team members are meeting their performance targets.
• Coordinating with other departments to ensure that all shipments are processed accurately and on time.
• Developing and implementing logistics strategies to improve efficiency and reduce costs.
• Maintaining accurate records of all shipments and inventory levels, and ensuring all stock is accounted for.
• Ensuring that all safety procedures are followed and that all equipment is properly maintained.
