About The Position

As a Production Line Worker at our Frozen Pizza Kitchen, you will be part of a high-volume production facility located in Milwaukee, WI, opening in June/July 2026. This role involves creating frozen pizza for distribution across Wisconsin. Key tasks include preparing batch ingredients such as dough, sauces, and meats, assembling pizzas on a semi-automated line, and then packaging and freezing the finished products. The position demands a high standard for cleanliness and quality, requiring careful adherence to instructions and protocols. Additionally, the production team will supply pizzas for a small restaurant storefront. This is an active, high-volume production kitchen where tasks like weighing cheese and topping pizzas for extended periods are common. Requirements

• Be a team player

Responsibilities

• Create frozen pizza for distribution across Wisconsin
• Prepare batch ingredients like dough, sauces, meats, and more
• Assemble pizzas in a semi-automated line
• Package and freeze pizzas
• Follow instructions and protocols carefully to maintain high standards for cleanliness and quality
• Supply pizzas for the small restaurant store front
• Weigh out cheese and top pizzas for hours
• Learn and use industrial kitchen equipment like ovens, mixers, knives, pots, and pans
• Learn and follow safety and quality protocols
