About The Position

Responsibilities

Operating machinery: Running various automated equipment on the production line, such as bottle unloaders, fillers, cappers, labelers, and case packers, following established operating procedures.
Quality control: Inspecting bottles for defects, monitoring fill levels, checking labels for accuracy, and identifying and reporting any quality issues.
Packaging: Properly loading and arranging bottles into cases, ensuring correct labeling and coding, and preparing finished products for palletizing.
Changeovers: Assisting in the setup and changeover process between different product sizes and packaging formats.
Maintaining cleanliness: Keeping the production line area clean and sanitized, following GMP (Good Manufacturing Practices) guidelines.
Safety compliance: Adhering to all safety protocols, wearing required personal protective equipment (PPE), and reporting any safety concerns.
