Nice To Haves

• 1-2 years of experience in a manufacturing role
• Mechanical aptitude with a willingness to learn
• Experience safely using tools and machinery associated with trade and/or maintenance work
• Familiarity with typical warehouse/manufacturing equipment such as fillers, seamers, labelers, pallet jacks, and/or pumps/piping

Responsibilities

• Learn and practice all safety procedures, startup/shutdown procedures, and facility rules/GMPs.
• Operate machinery on the production line, understanding the escalation path for safety and/or technical issues.
• Monitor production output and ensure materials are supplied according to the production schedule.
• Keep the production line organized with the correct inventory to optimize output.
• Work with the Production Line Lead and Quality Control Technicians to manage inventory and documentation.
• Ensure finished goods are properly palletized and follow Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) for pack-out.
