The Machine Operator is responsible for the day-to-day duties in running equipment to produce quality product, safely and on-time.

Responsibilities

  • Operators are responsible for continuously monitoring and maintaining product quality based on established standards including visual and mechanical inspection of product.
  • Work in a safe manner at all times following all safety policies and procedures.
  • Performing setups in accordance with established procedure.
  • Loading/unloading equipment.
  • Work from written and verbal instructions, procedures and work orders.
  • Maintaining and logging all information required supporting traceability and quality.
  • Participating in cross-training activities
  • Maintaining work area and equipment in a clean orderly condition
  • Performing other duties as required or directed.
