Requirements

1-3 years of manufacturing or production experience (pallet, lumber, or related industry preferred).
Familiarity with HMI systems, PLC-controlled machinery, or automated production lines.
Mechanically inclined and able to identify basic mechanical or electrical issues.
Safety-conscious, reliable, and teamwork-driven.
Ability to lift up to 80 lbs. and work in an industrial environment.

Responsibilities

Operate and monitor HMI-controlled pallet repair and processing equipment.
Adjust settings, monitor production data, and ensure optimal machine performance.
Perform daily equipment inspections, startups, and shutdowns.
Troubleshoot minor issues and communicate with Maintenance when needed.
Ensure production targets, safety goals, and quality standards are consistently met.
Maintain accurate production logs and perform regular product quality checks.
Keep the work area clean and organized, following all safety protocols.
