About The Position
The Production Line Manager II will manage personnel and budget for assigned line and support Reactivation at BSP. This includes all safety, environmental and operating conditions associated with this line.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree (B.A. or B.S.), or equivalent from four-year college or university is required
- 3-5 years Manufacturing experience is required
Nice To Haves
- 2-3 years Supervisory experience is preferred
Responsibilities
- Achieve spending and raw material targets
- Ensure all safety protocols and environmental standards are met
- Lead assigned production line to 100% of standard
- Achieve First Time Quality Goals
- Ensure proper scheduling of employees and products
