About The Position

The production line lead will be responsible for coordinating and overseeing the daily production activities of a production line. This key position with the production team will ensure that production goals and objectives are met in a timely and efficient manner, while maintaining a safe, clean, and organized work environment.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Prior work experience and supervisory experience in a manufacturing environment required.
• Strong communication skills.
• Must be able to use a tape measure accurately.
• Must be able to operate a computer.
• Must be able to utilize BPCS to order material and return stock.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and supervise the daily production activities of assigned staff.
• Load rolls of chipboard on machine ensuring continuous supply of material.
• Keep accurate records of hourly production numbers and scrap.
• Inspect filters and filter packaging at various stages of production, making corrections as necessary.
• Assist with providing raw materials to the production line to ensure efficient and timely manufacturing.
• Sets up line for the filter manufacturing.
• Perform other duties as assigned by management to support production goals.
