About The Position

The Production Line Lead is responsible for coordinating and overseeing daily production activities on the production line. This role ensures that production goals are met efficiently while maintaining a safe and organized work environment.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Prior work experience and supervisory experience in a manufacturing environment required.
• Strong communication skills; bi-lingual a plus.
• Must be able to use a tape measure accurately.
• Must be computer literate.
• Must be able to utilize BPCS to order material and return stock.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and supervise the daily production activities of assigned staff.
• Load rolls of chipboard on machine ensuring continuous supply of material.
• Keep accurate records of hourly production numbers and scrap.
• Inspect filters and filter packaging at various stages of production, making corrections as necessary.
• Assist with providing raw materials to the production line to ensure efficient and timely manufacturing.
• Set up line for the filter manufacturing.
• Perform other duties as assigned by management to support production goals.
