About The Position

We are looking to add team members across various manufacturing positions within our organization. Each department plays a crucial role in the production process, ensuring that we deliver high-quality products to our customers. The positions available include roles in the Floor Department, Plumbing, Shelling, Cabinet Shop, Electrical, Metal, Slide Outs, Final Finish, Lamination, Weld, Baggage Doors, Quality, and Systems Inspection. Each role requires collaboration with other departments to ensure efficient production and high standards of quality.

Responsibilities

• Assist in the production of various products, including assembly and installation of components in the Floor Department.
• Operate floor equipment, such as forklifts and pallet jacks in the Floor Department.
• Maintain a clean and organized workspace in the Floor Department.
• Install, maintain, and repair plumbing systems and fixtures in the Plumbing department.
• Troubleshoot and diagnose plumbing issues in the Plumbing department.
• Collaborate with other departments to ensure efficient production in the Plumbing department.
• Remove shells from raw materials, such as nuts and bolts in the Shelling department.
• Sort and categorize shells by type and size in the Shelling department.
• Maintain a clean and organized workspace in the Shelling department.
• Construct and assemble cabinets and other wood products in the Cabinet Shop.
• Operate power tools, such as table saws and drill presses in the Cabinet Shop.
• Ensure high-quality finishes and finishes in the Cabinet Shop.
• Install, maintain, and repair electrical systems and components in the Electrical department.
• Troubleshoot and diagnose electrical issues in the Electrical department.
• Collaborate with other departments to ensure efficient production in the Electrical department.
• Cut, shape, and assemble metal components in the Metal department.
• Operate metalworking equipment, such as lathes and grinders in the Metal department.
• Maintain a clean and organized workspace in the Metal department.
• Assemble and install slide-out components in the Slide Outs department.
• Operate equipment, such as slide-out machines in the Slide Outs department.
• Ensure high-quality finishes and finishes in the Slide Outs department.
• Apply finishes, such as paint and varnish, to products in the Final Finish department.
• Operate equipment, such as sanders and polishers in the Final Finish department.
• Ensure high-quality finishes and finishes in the Final Finish department.
• Apply laminates to products in the Lamination department.
• Operate equipment, such as laminators and presses in the Lamination department.
• Ensure high-quality finishes and finishes in the Lamination department.
• Weld metal components together in the Weld department.
• Operate welding equipment, such as MIG and TIG welders in the Weld department.
• Maintain a clean and organized workspace in the Weld department.
• Assemble and install baggage doors in the Baggage Doors department.
• Operate equipment, such as baggage door machines in the Baggage Doors department.
• Ensure high-quality finishes and finishes in the Baggage Doors department.
• Inspect products for quality and defects in the Quality department.
• Collaborate with other departments to ensure efficient production in the Quality department.
• Identify and report quality issues in the Quality department.
• Inspect systems and equipment for efficiency and effectiveness in the Systems Inspection department.
• Collaborate with other departments to ensure efficient production in the Systems Inspection department.
• Identify and report issues for improvement in the Systems Inspection department.
