About The Position
Join our Production Team this season to have fun and do meaningful work! On this team, you will build the kits we ship out nation wide to our partners! Purpose: The Production Line Team is comprised of the Production Line Pacesetter, Line Workers, Line Boxer, Line Handler and Line Support. Together, they ensure all kit orders are made accurately and efficiently. This role is critical to support production and fulfillment operations. This is a great opportunity for seasonal workers who enjoy hands-on work in a fast-paced environment.
Requirements
- Hold or are working towards a High School Diploma/GED
- Equivalent combination of education, training, and experience

- Vision abilities required are color vision, peripheral vision, and depth perception.
- Perform steady pace of work while completing repetitive physical movements: stand, kneel, push and pull objects, reaching with hands and arms, etc.
- Ability to work in non-air-conditioned warehouse during the summer with large fans creating moderate air flow.

- Microsoft Office 365 preferred
Responsibilities
- Count and prepare components for production kits
- Add correct components to kits with attention to detail
- Follow all safety procedures and quality standards
