Melaleuca is seeking a Production Line Associate for full-time morning shifts. The role involves filling bottles with products, labeling them, and preparing the finished products for delivery. Requirements

  • Ability to work independently.
  • Written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to lift a minimum of 65 lbs consistently for eight hours.
  • Ability to operate mechanical equipment.
  • Standing and walking for the duration of an 8-hour shift.
  • Pulling, stretching, bending, and lifting for the duration of the shift.
  • Ability to organize and coordinate projects.
  • Manual dexterity for tasks such as collating and sorting.
  • Ability to read, write, and perform basic math skills.
  • Good math comprehension skills to solve mathematical problems.

  • Experience in a manufacturing environment.

Responsibilities

  • Sets-up work area by retrieving production components and sterilizing tables and equipment.
  • Uses personal protective equipment where required.
  • Fills bottles by operating filling machinery or using manual processes.
  • Works at assigned filling machine to produce finished product.
  • Caps bottles by manually applying caps and operating machinery.
  • Labels specified products by applying labels in appropriate locations.
  • Prepares pallets by filling totes, labeling them, and moving them with pallet jacks.
  • Lifts finished products in totes onto pallets, tables, or shelves.
  • Performs clean-up duties by washing equipment and maintaining cleanliness.
  • Sets-up and operates the sealer and monitors machinery.
  • Inspects quality of own work for cleanliness and accuracy.
  • Assists in training other associates as needed.
  • Monitors quality by checking labels and stacking pallets.
  • Completes personal reports by recording information related to performance and production.
