About The Position

Training will be provided - previous manufacturing experience not required! Hourly wage starting at $19.36! 1st shift available. Bonus opportunities available! 1st shift - Monday thru Friday 7am - 3pm. Quarterly Attendance Bonus - associates have the potential to earn up to $600 quarterly; just for showing up to work your scheduled hours! Production Bonus - associates have the potential to earn up to a 10% monthly bonus on their gross monthly income based on the plant hitting production goals; potentially $275 per month (the equivalent of $1.70 per hour)! Requirements

• Must be able to read, speak and understand English
• High School diploma or equivalent preferred but not required
• Follow all company safety rules and policies
• Team player - must be able to report to assigned shift
• Physically perform work – standing/moving for the entire shift, reasonable bending and twisting, sorting and packing
• Must be able to pass a drug test and be authorized to work in the US on a full-time basis for any employer
• Previous experience in a manufacturing environment preferred but not required
• Troubleshooting experience preferred but not required

Responsibilities

• Handling various types of plastic products
• Checking for visible defects to ensure quality standards are met
• Perform light assembly of parts
• Trimming
• Packaging
