The position involves overseeing and managing all production operations to achieve defined KPIs for a specific sub-segment or product. The role requires ensuring adherence to defined production standards, methods, and guidelines, as well as contributing to the fine-scheduling and sequencing of production orders. The individual will confirm or approve production orders and allocate operational resources accordingly, ensuring the availability of production infrastructure such as tools and maintenance services. Additionally, the role includes proposing procedural or organizational changes to improve quality, cost, and delivery (QCD).

  • Ensure adherence to defined production standards, methods and guidelines.
  • Oversee and manage all production operations to achieve defined KPIs, for a single sub segment/product assigned.
  • Contribute to or ensure fine-scheduling and sequencing of production orders.
  • Confirm or approve production orders and allocate own operations resources accordingly.
  • Ensure availability of production infrastructure (i.e. availability of tools, maintenance services, set up operations, etc.).
  • Propose procedural or organizational changes in order to contribute to improvements in QCD.
  • Associate's degree in engineering, manufacturing, operations management, or a related field; relevant work experience may be considered in lieu of a degree.
  • Several years of experience in a manufacturing or production environment, with prior leadership or supervisory roles preferred.
  • Understanding of production processes and systems, including lean manufacturing, Six Sigma, or other continuous improvement methodologies.
  • Strong leadership and team-building capabilities, with a proven track record of effectively managing and motivating production teams to achieve operational goals.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills to identify inefficiencies and implement solutions that optimize production processes.
  • External applicants must be authorized to work in the US without employment VISA or other sponsorship.
  • This position must meet Export Control compliance requirements, therefore a 'US Person' as defined by 22 C.F.R. § 120.15 is required.
